As President at Walker Comm., Gary handles the entire financial, Union and legal end of the company. Gary has a Bachelors Degree in Management from St. Mary's and is currently the Director in charge of all business accounts including corporate accounts payable, receivable, payroll, 401K, 125-Cafeteria Plan, and employee health and dental plans. In addition to all this on his plate, he manages and controls all incoming and outgoing paperwork, making sure that all Federal, State, Local and Union requirements are upheld.

Gary continues to play a vital role in the implementation of corporate programs and procedures, and has surrounded himself with the most knowledgeable and well-equipped staff to assist him in this endeavor. As his focal point, company growth while maintaining commitment to the highest business quality, consumes most of Gary's days.

Gary is a Director on the WPCS Board of Directors, President of Northern California Chapter of NECA, former City of Fairfield City Councilman, Member of the National Workforce Committee of IBEW and NECA and serves on the National Political Council of NECA.
