Telecomm Project Manager: Provide project management to multidisciplinary teams to implement CATV, voice and data networks, and other telecommunications projects on time and within budget. Confer with customers, management, and technical staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Coordinate and direct projects through complete lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation/rollout, and close. Lead all aspects of project delivery including project scope, deliverables, estimates, quality, detailed project plans, and change requests. Plan and direct the installation, testing, and setup of outside plant and inside plant Telecommunications infrastructure. Direct, review, and approve system design and changes. Perform quality compliance and safety reviews, and associate performance appraisals. Communicate via writing, verbally and computer using MS-Office, MS-Projects, and AutoCAD. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, hiring and firing of personnel, enforcing rules, making decisions about the purchase of materials or services, tracking project budget and projections, provide project financial reports to upper management, and promoting business development. Requirements: BSEE or equivalent and 8 years of telecomm implementation experience, including 5 years project management. Must have Registered Communication Distribution Designer license (RCDD) and Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineer certification (SCTE). Experience must include CATV design and engineering, and network certification.
